Let's all go outside

Why are we in America so sedentary? Is it because of technology? Is it because we are just lazy? For almost 30 years I fell into the same trap of not experiencing all of what the outdoors has to offer. Well once you do discover its many wonders, you realize that sitting outside perched on a mountain top watching a herd of elk graze in the meadow is 100 times more inspiring and entertaining than watching the latest American Idol. So i challenge you to go outside for a hike or even just a walk and look around and see just what the outdoors may have in store for you.
